So Far it's very good.
Best cigar humidor ever I bought
Delivery was awesome… instruction manual is very brief and doesn’t explain error codes or what to do to correct them. An alarm keeps going off because machine not meeting recommended settings and no information on how to correct it. E-mailed the company & no response. Called Wayfair about it and they were going to call back… never heard anything. Very disappointed & item so big and expensive to return. Would not recommend it
This item was very well packaged and delivered in pristine condition. The adjustable feet allowed it to be leveled both left and right, and front to back. Once leveled and filled with water (I used purified, but it doesnt say you have to), I plugged it in and set the temp and humidity. It only took a couple of hours for it to stabilize both, and it hasnt wavered since. Its practically silent most of the time, but even when the condenser kicks in, its not as loud as my refrigerator. The piano black finish makes it a beautiful piece of furniture that fits in well with the room decor. The LED lighting is bright and fully lights the cabinet, making it easy to see and select that perfect smoke for whatever the occasion.
