  If you purchased your Raching humidor via Amazon or Wayfair, you are eligible for the 30-day return & exchange policy offered by these marketplaces. However, purchases made directly from our company or our authorized distributors do not qualify for this 30-day return or exchange benefit. Returns and exchanges are not permitted for such orders. In case of product damage, we will only send replacement spare parts. Please be duly advised.
